Sounds of New Orleans Music Tour

Come join us on a music tour of the French Quarter!

Learn about the origin of our uniquely American art form ~ from the Birthplace of Jazz at Congo Square and Storyville to the roots of Rock and Roll along Rampart Street. From brass bands and Mardi Gras Indians in Treme to the local musicians who made it happen: Louis Armstrong, Fats Domino, Uncle Lionel and many more. We’ll take you on a walk from the Mississippi River through the Quarter and on into Treme- learning our history and culture along the way. You’ll see the spots, learn about the people and places, and hear samples of their music- all while exploring the French Quarter.
